Comprehensive Pick n' Pack Services Our systems wave (batch) pick and then our highly trained order pickers scan and pack the orders in to their shipping containers, applying UCC bar code labels to each carton, building ASN information as they pack. ADI utilizes engineered flow rack, conveyors, mezzanines, enhanced lighting, and customized packing and weighing stations to move thousands of unique orders through our system. Picking orders of merchandise as varied as men’s suits, women’s bras, footwear, and RTW (ready to wear) in their many multiple styles, colors, and sizes, requires top level organization, IT systems, and employee expertise. Our retailer store distribution picking includes initial set orders and daily or weekly replenishment orders, as well as once and done distros (common in the fashion industry).
